Brief

With new vets massing around this established group of three SW London surgeries and established practices becoming more active online, our client needed help to address a series of rapidly emerging threats.

We were asked to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to cover all the bases. From a new website and content marketing plan, to social and paid campaigns.

Approach

Our core strategy was simple. Do all the digital marketing basics really, really well. We decided to leave no stone un-turned as research clearly showed none of the multiple competitive businesses seemed to be executing a digital plan. They were acting very tactically. We created a comprehensive action plan where each individual element contributed to the effect of (almost) every other element.

The result was a long list of integrated digital tactics where the overall impact was greater than the sum of its parts. Further, we knew if we could establish dominance of the local online space through ongoing client investment in digital marketing, then it would be extremely difficult for their competitors to regain online share in their locality.

Solution

The solution came in six joined parts:

A refreshed branding that gave the Partridge Practices a strong, contemporary, and timeless look and feel.

A state-of-the-art website designed from the ground up to; a) Dominate local search through excellent SEO & b) Optimise conversions through well thought out and therefore effective user experience (UX).

An on and off-page content marketing strategy that drove direct traffic to the website and ensured there was fresh, relevant and engaging content consistently available for both pet owners and Google's bots.

Ongoing organic social plus paid campaigns that launched the whole digital approach and that have evolved to meet the changing local digital landscape ever since.

Monthly analytics, reporting and action reviews that identify what tactics are working best, and enable us to adjust our ongoing digital marketing plan accordingly.
